U.S District Court (NDGA) Seeks Comments Regarding the Reappointment of Judge Christopher C. Bly

The current term of office of U.S. Magistrate Judge Christopher C. Bly at Atlanta, Georgia, is due to expire on Nov. 25, 2026. The U.S. District Court is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of the magistrate judges to new eight-year terms. Written comments from members of the Bar and the public are invited on whether the panel should recommend Judge Bly for reappointment by the court. Please direct comments to:
