Supreme Court of Georgia Approves Amendments to the Rules and Regulations of the State Bar of Georgia

The Supreme Court of Georgia, having considered Motions 2025-9 and 2025-10, ordered on Dec. 19, 2025, that the Rules and Regulations for the Organization and Government of the State Bar of Georgia be amended effective Feb. 5, 2026.
