Congratulations to new Hall County Solicitor General Inez Grant

To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Inez Grant of Gillsville Law LLC in Gillsville on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as solicitor general for Hall County.
Ms. Grant will be well served by her 33 years of experience in the legal profession and justice system, including 17 years of previous service as a front-line prosecutor in the Hall County Solicitor General’s Office and the Forsyth County Solicitor General’s Office before launching a private law practice in Hall County, focusing on domestic litigation, criminal defense, immigration law, Guardian Ad Litem work and Juvenile Court matters. She also serves as solicitor for the city courts of Gainesville and Oakwood.
By accepting this appointment, Inez Grant demonstrates her continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this new position as solicitor general.
