Congratulations to Haynes Studstill on appointment to Board of Regents

To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to offer congratulations to attorney Haynes M. Studstill of the Studstill Firm LLP in Valdosta, my Mercer Law classmate, on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.
All Georgia residents will benefit from Ms. Studstill’s service on the Board of Regents, which serves as the governing and managing authority for the state’s public colleges and universities. She is no stranger to public service at the highest level, also serving on the State Botanical Garden of Georgia Board of Advisors and on the Georgia Judicial Nominating Commission.
Ms. Studstill’s acceptance of this appointment is evidence of her dedication to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this new capacity of statewide leadership.
