Congratulations to Dana Diment on appointment to State Ethics Commission

To the Editor:
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to extend congratulations to attorney Dana G. Diment, general counsel of Ra-Lin & Associates Inc. of Carrollton on her appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the State Ethics Commission.
All Georgians will benefit from Ms. Diment’s service on the commission, which collects campaign contribution disclosure reports, personal financial disclosure reports and lobbyist disclosure reports. The commission serves candidates and elected officials for state and local governments, advises and educates the public on aspects of the Campaign Finance Act, and investigates potential campaign finance violations.
By accepting this appointment, Dana Diment demonstrates her continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this capacity of state leadership.
