At its business meeting on July 20, 2025, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 4, 10 and 21. Comments must be received by Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.

The Supreme Court of Georgia has approved revisions to its rules, which govern Court operations, filings and other administrative aspects of the state’s highest appellate court, including substantive and non-substantive edits.
