Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court

*This notice was inadvertently omitted from the Fall 2025 issue of the Georgia Bar Journal. The original deadline for comments has been extended.*

At its business meeting on July 20, 2025, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 4, 10 and 21. A copy of the proposed amendments may be found at the Council’s website at georgiasuperiorcourts.org.

Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges by email to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.
